Obc certificate confusion

Respected sir,
I obtained obc certificate for swami caste in 2014. Now from my cousions I came to know that I made wrong certificate. instead of swami caste it should be bairagi caste in the certificate. Since both casts are mentioned side by side in the state government list and both are bhramins due to some confusion it happened and I applied for swami caste whereas now I came to know that all my cousins have certificate of bairagi caste only. Now my real sister got her obc certificate with bairagi caste only. So shud I also apply for new certificate or get my old one corrected by referring to my sister's and other cousins certificate. Plus I have not used my obc anywhere becoz no such requirement appeared as such till date.

Surrender the certificate, take receipt and apply afresh with an affidavit and copy of gazette.

You seem to be hiding the facts.
cast certificate is not issued in air. this certificate is issued on the basis of application by the candidate wherein he declares his cast. Then the status is verified by the Village Patwari taking statement of family members.
It is not your whim and fancies that you will first declared "X"caste and then you surrender the certificate and declare "Y" cast.
