Objection neighbor to enter his land to construct activity

i have purchase my neighbor part of land now i am started the construction work but he is not allowed to entry his land but i am purchase the land him only kindly suggested any legal remedy for this issue

Is registry done in your name ? Has he handed possession in the deed? if yes you have all the right to use the land and occupy it. If he obstructs file police case.

Query is not clear.
If it is he who sold the land he is bound to give you entry. if not then file civil suit for declaration and injunction.
For this no criminal case lies.

There is no reason for your neighbor to object your entry into the landed property purchased by you. If it was a genuine and legal purchase, you may lodge a police complaint against him for his objections or obstructions.
