Dear Sirs,
the citation for the said case is "2000(2)ALD(Cri)442 & 2000(4)ALT556"
its a case interpreting sec 186 of IPC but includes several other judgments too wher other courts have interpreted the said term.
i am up uploading the judgment in share files section for further perusal by members.
