Obtaining official copies of closed case documents

Civil case A filed by a party against me has certain documents. These documents reveal commission of offences including forgery and present one version of a story.
After some time, but before receipt of summons, they silently withdrew case A and filed case B for the same action with new documents that present a different story and suppressed old documents.
How do I get copies of documents in case A? They have not been marked by the judge, since they withdrew the case silently and did not proceed. However, I want to present the fact that their documents paint different pictures in the two cases and hence have been manipulated.

IS A CONFUSING STATEMENT OF FACT.
IF DOCUMENTS IN CASE 'A 'ARE STILL THERE ON RECORD,YOU CAN PRAY THE COURT IN CASE 'B' TO
SUMMON THE FILE OF CASE 'A'.

Thank you. Case A was withdrawn before summons was served on me - they realized I would catch their fraud.
