Oc got cancelled by bbmp due to violations

This is the entire context. Are the flat owners going to lose their flats . The deviations are fault of builders. They somehow got the OC and provided to buyers so there was no qn of doubting.

Have you take possession and is it on your.possession now.It is the builders prorogative to set right.the objection/deficiencies in.construction or anyother violations.

It is the responsibility of the builder to rectify the issues observed and reapply for OC , failing which you can file a complaint before consumer forum and seek compensation for the losses you suffered.
After that you can get the drawbacks rectified through a new builder also based on the collective decision taken by all affected.
