Dear Surya,
I understand that the management issued your good-self, a job-offer on 21.09.2017 at 11:00AM and withdrew the same on 21.09.2017 at 11:30AM, i.e., within the next 30 minutes itself. In that case, if you had accepted their job-offer and communicated your acceptance to the management within that 30 minutes, then you are legally entitled for that job and if the management refuses, you may sue them for the job, an injunction, consequential remedy and damages (if any).

Were you asked to resign before accepting the offer?
Have you been paid expenses to attend interview(s)?

There certainly is a remedy if the emplyer is in the Government or public sector. Even otherwise, there is no harm in serving a letter (preferably through an advocate) to ascertain the reason for the turn-around.
