Show full case file to local lawyer and discuss in detail.

Dear Client,

You ARE RIGHT,

SINCE YOU'VE FILED ORIGINAL WILL FOR PROBATE IN ORDER TO ISSUE OF PROBATE IN YOUR FAVOR THE COURT GIVES FIRST NOTICE TO LEGAL HEIRS OR NEXT OF KIN TO INVITE OBJECTIONS IF ANY SO AS TO HEAR THEM. along with notice to next of kin you will have to publish your application for probate in two news papers. one copy you should file with the court. Afterwards you should file a caveat ALONG WITH AN Affidavit and APPLICATION TO NUMBER THE CAVEAT PROBATE PETITION. Then your petition would be numbered.. So if opposite party files any proceedings you's be notified of the development and file your counter.

Have you discussed with your lawyer who is well aware of full case file.

What your own lawyer says?

What is your case/query? It is vague and not clear to me.
What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer?
Why do you need a second opinion (except the fact it is FREE OF COST)?

It seems the author has preferred not to reply the questions from expert so no further advice can be rendered.
