Can anyone share an official Govt. gazette or documents and/or an official market study which shows that Average salary of a professional/Skilled worker in India is NOT less that $500 per month?
In order to maintain standard or basic living conditions (Housing, Clothing & Food for a middle class family in tier-2 cities(except metro cities wherein it is going to be even higher)the cost is around $500 per month.

There should not be any problem sharing an official Government Gazzet or documents as they are published for the information of public at large however in so far as official market study is concerned better to see whether there is any stipulation by the auther
