Old door no. on encumberance certificate

(Querist) 11 April 2015 This query is : Resolved
Sir,
I had carried partition of our parental building with my brother (only two of us are heirs) as schedule A and Schedule B. Subsequently, my brother got a separate door no. from the Municipality Authorities whereas I got the old Door No. to continue with.

And then he sold off his part. However, the Encumberance Certificate of my brother part is still showing the old door no. with subscript #2 and also my street name. Whereas his part is having its own street (back side street as our building runs across the streets).

So, what are the implications of such situation. Please clarify them.
with great regards.

its will not create any problems. cos in each and every deed, there will be a schedule of property along with 4 boundaries.

so nothing to worry..

Whether in the sale deed from your brother clearly mentions the fact that the sold portion has nothing to do / has no entrance from your door and entrance is only from back street?

Sir, it I mentioned the backside street name, door number , that is backside freshly allotted street number. Also, the new municipal assessment number also clearly mentioned . However, the old door number was referre. I feel, the registration authorities, who entered the data had not gone through he document properly. Pl. Advise, if I can bring it to the knowledge of registration authorities . Also, is there any risk for me if I leave it as such .
with high regards to you sir

Door number will not have any impact in the encumbrance certificate. You may ignore such petty issues.
