Old provident fund records

My PF account should not have settled however, it got settled illegally more than 5 years ago.

I would like to get copy of statutory Form 19 & Form 10C ( pension) & 3A but the employer is turning hostile. How could i get the copy of these statutory forms from employer to whom I have submitted.

Photo copy of form 19, 10C & 3A from employer that they processed to settle my PF & pension account during pre-UAN era.

you are keeping the information sketchy and want a sound advise.

please state clearly if your PF has been stolen by submitting a form that was never submitted by you.
