Online affidavit for passport

Hi,
I took e-Affidavits for PassPort 8 months back. I haven't filled them or got them notarized. This is used for DOB and Education details, Marriage certificate etc. Can I use them now?

You mean to say to us that you have “downloaded” Affidavits as per requirements for Passport issue from passportindia.gov.in official website.

Then, yes follow the Rules of Oath Affixations or Notarization on them accordingly.

I paid stamp duty of 30/- per affidavit from the district office at bangalore and it already has the date on it. Is it still valid?

A Stamp Paper has no expiry date.
