I am bhavesh living in malad, i am going to start a computer institute as proprieter.
what is the legal procedure for formation of a computer Institute. Please can you provide me the information about, i am new to bussines line.

Contact with your local Civic Authority. The Trade License is given by it.
For registration of the concern under Companies Act, you need help of a professional.

For opening a technical educational institute (College etc.)there are certain parameters which need to be followed and can be seen from the site. For smaller version, you may open as franchise of some bigger player or your own. In all the cases you have to get the licenses as per local requirement.

You have not mentioned the object of computer institute and its activities. To my knowledge, it is a small training institute which will train software applications to its students.
I differ slightly with the above experts, because it is not a company, college or a franchisee as per the contents given above. It is only a small self employed institute. Normally which will be registered in the office of Registrar firms (in the capacity of proprietorship). Usually one will mistake that for a firm the minimum persons should be two but even one person can also be registered under the Registrar of firms under the capacity of proprietorship.
The other option is there are some governmental schemes of self employment. Under the above scheme, the institute can be registered.
After registration, the other formalities of civil and trade licences etc will arise not before.
