Opening a gate ourside our gate

A building under contruction accross the road opposite our house intends to have a 2nd gate which will be opposite our drive thru gate. There is a 3 meter road with a 1 meter nature strip on either side, between the above mentioned building and our wall. Our house which we have always been residing, wall and gate have been in existence for nearly 20 years.
i would like to know if i can object to them opening a second gate opposite ours on any legal grounds? They already have a drive thru gate on the far left which is facing our smaller walk in gate, now they are opening one on the far right of their same wall wihch will be opposite our drive through existing gate. The other 3 walls of their property are flanked by other properties as our ours.
Hope this query is clear? Please advice if I can object to the second gate.

Sir,
The installation of gates in peripheral walls of the building should be according to the plans sanctioned by the local municipal authorities. The numbers and sizes should be according to these plans. Please inquire with your local municipal ward office about the sanctioned plans and permission granted.

As suggested by Mr. Mehta, check it up with the local administration authorities and clarify that your opposite neighbor had obtained permission to place a gate right in front of your gate as per the building approval plan?, if so, and if you feel that it is an obstruction for your existing ingress and egress facility, you may file a mandatory injunction suit restricting them from opening a gate in front of your gate.
