my father expired on 1/09/2019 and from 2/09/2019 to 9/09/2019 my minor son operated his grandfather account by withdrawing money from atm machine the pin number which is grandfather gave to him he was not nominee to his grandfathers account what the law says for action on minor for operation of deceased account will it create any probl

Yes problem for the minor child will be there. The juvenile court will decide for his committing the offence as well you being the natural guardian may face trouble too for allowing him for this offence.

If NO legal heir of deceased Father/Grandfather has objected complained then settle the matter amicably.....and agree to deposit the amount back or settle while settling the proceeds from deceased depositor account.

Inform death to Bank/BM and submit deceased depositor claim form with all annexures and request to block the ATM card.

Anyway, you need not worry, question of any problem would not arise even up to 09.09.2019, as neither your father would die till 31.08.2019, nor your son would be able to withdraw any money from ATM machine between 02.09.2019 to 09.09.2019, as all such dates would happen only after about 2 years.
You may however get yourself confirmed, whether your minor son withdrew the money from ATM machine (as in this thread) or your 74 years old mother, as you stated in the following thread:
