I hv fl a rev. petn in tribunal challenging the odr of mutation stating that they r nt follow the procedure n nt giving me notice bt. trial court case record/odr are not traceable.
So i hv to do 4 succeed dis case

In the given matter, if no supporting documents/order is available in the record of revenue officials then the Patta Jamabandis prepared on the basis of alleged order shall have to be challenged.
