Hello,
I filed a case against my brother & others for selling my joint family properties without my authorization/GPA. The case is going on in the court. My advocate issued a notice to all 3 in my family seeking certain clarifications on sale of my joint family properties. In reply, the opposite advocates used threatening/insulting/humiliating words against me in their office Reply to Notice to my advocate. I complained to Bar council of the State and they DROPPED my complaint without even getting reply from these 2 advocates after one year. I submitted appeal to Bar council of India and even after 7 months, they have not replied to me but cashed my appeal fee Demand Draft. I complained to Police who accepted my complaint and filed mini FIR and later they say nothing insulting/threatening/humiliating words found in their replies. When I visit State Bar Council, I am not allowed to meet the Chairman and none of mails/letters are replied by them.
I want these 2 advocates to be charged for using such words against me who is fighting for my rights and against the fraud committed by my brother and others by selling my joint family properties in which my name is appearing as a joint owner.
Kindly advise.

If the words were humiliating or defamatory then you can file a defamation case against the advocate, but since the advocates are issuing the legal notice on behalf of their clients, you can make a complaint against their clients only and not on their advocates.

In m considered opinion, you need to give primacy to the issue as to the property which have been, allegedly, sold without your knowledge and consent than getting distracted by subjective opinions.
