Whether the Order 6 Rule 17 of C.P.C. is applicable in Execution side ( E.P. Proceedings ) or not. Please advise me, if yes please refer some decisions.

As per my knowledge order 6 rule 17 is not applicable.

Order VI Rule 17 is only to amend the pleadings and not applicable in the execution proceedings
