Order for possession in 20 days and limitation of appeal is 30 days

(Querist) 09 December 2013 This query is : Resolved
can court direct for possession of immovable property below limitation of time of appeal?
limitation time for appeal is 30 days after order..the court directed to handover possession of rented immovable property during 20 day...can any expert guide me about how this contrast should be interpreted ???

It means, if you want to give delivery of the rented immovable property to its real owner, the delivery should be completed within 20 days from the date of court order, but if you want to file an appeal, the limitation for filing appeal is 30 days. So the option is yours. But on the other hand, the owner should have to wait till the completion of the appeal time of 30 days, for execution of the order.
