Order of family law

(Querist) 12 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
MY friend's wife has filed a case for alimony u/s 125 of the Cr. P.C in family court. Though the judge has not passed any FINAL ORDER to pay any amount so far, friend's wife has gone to another court and filed a case that no alimony has been paid to her. The judge who sat the hearing at the initial case had passed only a CONDITIONAL ORDER, that states that if the opponent (my friend) remains absent for two consecutive hearings, the judge shall pass the order to pay alimony. My friend was present at the hearings, but his advocate has turned hostile, so the wife is now charging false allegations, Please guide. Thanks

Your query is vague.
IF ANY ALIMONY ORDER IS PASSED THEN HOW COULD THE WIFE GO TO ANOTHER COURT AND FOR WHAT REASON?

This is unheard of.

Whether any order for alimony passed by the court?

Be clear in your question. She cannot go for alimony case keeping same issue pending at another court.

I could get your query that no order of alimony is passed by family court till now in 125 Crpc & she might have asked alimony with other reliefs in DV act. you may hire another advocate to look after both of your cases. for brief you may call on 09891507137
