The lower court order was given in vernacular. I cannot read it. Any option available to request the court to provide the translated version?( Other than the one which we itself do with local translaters)

I think no option. You consult a Notary of your area, and he is the authentic translator.

Notary is not translator as suggested by above expert. You go to some local school teacher of that particular language and get the her to explain what it what. Or take help of your advocate.

Take help of local advocate for translation of order copy. He may authenticate the copy if you require it anywhere.

It is strange that you are "unknown" to vernacular ?
The Court language has to be one of the languages prescribed in Constitution of India, 1950, isn't it?
Seek help of a local lawyer, school teacher or translator.
