Nothing special. You can see the meaning from any standard disctionary for the terms "overturn" and "retirement".

Mr.Vaibhav,
In fact these are not terms of law strictly speaking unless used in a particular statute,where they would be defined.Otherwise,they hv the same meanings as defined in the Eng Dixnaries.The fact remain how a particular Judge uses thess 'words of English' in his judgments/orders.
