Principal is in London.

I am a POA (GPA) residing at Kolkatta registered my GPA at Kolkatta.

Immovable Properties are at Delhi.

Can I sell the properties at Delhi, or should I register my GPA at Delhi?

The GPA can be registered in Kolkata.
But before that do reply if the GPA is to be executed from abroad or in India?

he has already told principal in London, gpa registered in Kolkata but property in Delhi is clear Mr. Barman.Since you are from kolkata i too was waiting your reply.

When GPA come india, complete procedure of Section 18 of Indian Stamp Act.Thereafter, Property could be sell.

You can sell the property whether the GPA is registered in Kolkata or Delhi or any other place in India.
