Hi!
I am a Teacher, working in a missionary School for 7 years. Till last year there was 2 computer teacher in this School. This new Headmistress took charge and removed one of the Teacher. From this year I am taking her classes too. I am teaching computer from classes III to X also Science in class V, G.K to classes Vito VIII. I have 28 classes per week plus 14 correcting sets plus other computer related works(data entry). Whereas other teachers have 26 classes and 6 correcting sets. Examination time becomes to much correction for me and the Headmistress says to submit the marks in time. Don't you think that I too be given 6 sets like the other Teachers. I have been given the work of two Teachers. Plz Advice.

You have to work as per requirement within the rules and can not compare your work with the work of others. If not satisfied with the working conditions may change the job.

CBSE and State Directorate of School Education have fixed working hours and volume of the work for the teachers. If you are burdened than prescribed, you have to make representation first orally and later on in writing and if there is no response, then you have to approach the court of law. But any such attempt will invite charge sheet containing false and baseless charges against you by the exploitative management. For that you should prepare otherwise follow the peaceful persuasive methods by repeated requests till you get positive result
