Owning a property gifted by mother to daughter

(Querist) 23 May 2014 This query is : Resolved 
The property is gifted by grandfather to mother and she gifted it to her daughter in return for sum of money which she found not affordable to pay back, She made a will which included a gift to daughter against the sum of the same money, Mother when became financial a bit sound wants the property back and is still strong and alive. Give a solution which would not harm either's sentiments and love.

1. To have two deed i.e. first a gift deed ( was it registered ?) and then making a Will ( is it registered ?) are self contradictory actions.

Property once legally gifted can not be taken back till all parties agree to it or otherwise.

Consult a local lawyer and show him all the documents.

If the gift deed is registered and unconditional, it cannot be revoked. About the Will, since it has not into force, it has no validity now. query seems to be academic in nature.
