Dear Experts ,
Its painful to say thet today it is being given to understand that shamelessly the Central Govt is offering some kind of package to the Bengal Govt in bargain of not Rolling Back the increase in Petrol Prices.
Pl comment :-
(i) The Oil Cos are PSUs , the extra money collected goes to Govt of India
(ii) It is being collected from every nook and corner of India
(iii) How that can be bargained for a package (EXTRA) to Bengal Govt when its to be distributed to whole of India
(iv) Can anyone move Honble the Supereme Court thro a PIL to put an embargo on such a bargain henceforth
(v) As a CITIZEN OF INDIA and living in RAJASTHAN , MY STATE HAS A RIGHT FOR WHATEVER COLLECTION IS BEING MADE FROM RAJASTHAN
HOW the collection made from RAJASTHAN BE DIVERTED TO BENGAL AS RAJASTHAN IS ALSO AS POOR AS BENGAL IS .
CAN WE FILE A PIL IN SUPEREME COURT to STAY THE DISBURSEMENT OF PACKAGE TILL IT IS DECIDED BY HONBLE SUPREME COURT
With regards ,
Pl comment

In today's political environments no political party works for the advantage of a common man. They just serve their own selfish interest. Definitely, there is a dire need to resist such moves of serving selfish motives of the political parties. Clearly, being newly established in West Bengal, TMC's sole aim seems to make bargain to stabilise their foothold in the state of West bengal at the cost of the common man of the whole of India.

people have lost faith in political parties generally.
as such no party is able win majority single handedly. so long as this coalition of many parties together run the show, such bargaining will continue.
I do not think any oil companies are in real loss.
even as per the latest quarterly result of ONGC,it has increased its profit by about 60%.
almost all oil companies with face value of rs.10 are quoted from 200 to 900 range.
none of these companies are in loss as per there balance sheets.
in 2008,when a barrel of crude oil was 147 dollar, the price of petrol was about rs.41 only.
Now when the international price is hovering around 110 dollars per barrel, what is the justification of increasing the price? actually the price should come down to around rs.40 per litre atleast.
a kerala MP,Mr.PC Thomas has filed a PIL at Kerala last week.
I think similar movement should be initiated at all level,so that the price is reasonably brought down so as to keep the inflation down.
the thousand dollar question is,who is going to bell the cat?

This kind of PIL would be dismissed with exemplary costs.

Dear Mr Kapoor ,
The reasons thereof ,
My argument would be
(i) The distribution of whatever profits being generated because of rise in prices will have to be distributed amongst all ;
(ii) Today PM says the price rise must be there which would be conducive to investment atmosphere in the country and for National Interest
(iii) Can there not be Rationing of Petrol , Diesal , LPG and Kerosene for limiting its use and finally limiting its imports
(iv) Can there not be 400% - 1000% more cost in repect of those very costly vehicles like Mercedes , Wox Wagon , Let the rich people pay 300Rs per litre to 500Rs per litre
(vi) In the interest of Common man the subsidy for Public transport be increased
Instead of having GOOD POLICY IN PUBLIC INTREST TO GO ON INCREASING PRICE of Petrol with the hope that the demand will come down or with hope that Investment in Crude Infrastructure will increase is extremely POOR POLICY OF SORTS.
IN WHAT WAY OUR NATION WILL BENEFIT ONLY OUR PM KNOWS .
AND ABOVE ALL TO DISMISS THE PLEA WITH EXEMPLARY COST , denying a CITIZEN TO RAISE HIS GENUINE DEMAND AND ASKING EXPLAINATION FROM THE GOVT , would be extremely SORRY STATE OF AFFAIRS OF OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM .
IF Our Judicial System , whoever it may be , not concerned of the Common Man , then GOD ONLY WILL HELP
I gave you my part of Arguments
I request you to controvert them as an Attorney General from Govt of India , strongly objecting to my views , before Honble the Supreme Court and pleading to sismiss the PIL with Exemplary cost .
At least we will enter into a an arena of HEALTHY DEBATE
I want hear that on what basis the Sup Court will reject my plea with exemplary cost .
