I am living as a tenant in an apartment in mumbai. The owner who is residing outside mumbai has a stilt parking and my rent includes the use of that parking along with the house. Recently, the society has started charging parking fees from tenants who use their owner's parking space.Kindly note that such parking spaces are not common space as they have been alloted to owners by the builders at the time of purchase.
Can this be legally challenged and if so, what are the appropriate forums for challenging such incidents.

builder cannot sell stilt car parking slots . if society is charging parking charges it must for all members pursuanr to resolution passed by AGM .
