Parking area in apartments in hyderabad ...

There are 4 BHK flats, each is having 47 sq. yds of UDS and 1630 sq. ft area and 16 2BHK flats with each having 30 Sq. yds of UDS and 1070 sq. ft. area. Simply, bigger flat is 1.5 times bigger than the smaller flat in UDS and also flat area. I own one of the bigger flats. The UDS is properly allotted by the builder to all flats.
In lottery based allotment, I am getting a smaller and inconvenient parking slot.
Can I claim a bigger parking slot? Can I say that the parking area allotted to me must be proportional to my UDS because parking area is nothing but land (minus pillar areas, watchman room, staircases, lift area etc.) divided into slots based on pillar positions?

Ypu must have signed the agreement or sale deed before purchasing the property.
For allowed of parking area, the builder allowed drawing of lots to which you also agreed and the same is quite fair.
Now you can not challenge the same and ask for bigger parking area.
