Parking authorisation

Dear Sir,

Myself purchased flat in Pune 2013 along with parking.

However as per payment condition we have paid full parking amount and Builder has not given payment slip for parking amount and he allotted parking space against the flat no and he had given parking allotment letter.

How we can make it legalised on our names and in future if i sell then how shall I trasfer the parking.


Please advise me.

If the parking allotment is in your sale deed, do not worry about the receipt.

Builder can not sell separately a car parking space, it is always linked with the flat.

The parking space is common amenity which cannot be sold separately by the builder. See whether the specification of particular car parking lot is mentioned in the agreement.

For flat we have Kharidi Khat and no sales Deed and for parking it is no where mentioned not in our Kharidi Khat.....we have only and only allotment letter issued by builder.

How to legalise it for future.

Builder can not sell parking space.
