hi everyone staying in mumbai ,want to ask about burning society issue ie parking : we were old tenants bulding went into redevlopment but builder sold out all the parking slot now no parking space many members are holding multiple parking and selling .writen application to chairman for car parking space but he asusual afraid . all multiple parking held by big parties so everyone are hesitant .so where to complain and can i get one parking space at all /i reside in mumbai where to complain to highest authority

1)i presume your buidling which has gone into redevelopment has been registered as society .
2)detailed guidelines have been laid down for allotment of car parking slots .
3)applications have to be invited form members for allotment of lots . if number of car parking slots are lower than number of applicants then allotment has to be by drawing of slots .
4)you can make written complaint to registrar that society has contravened guidelines laid down in bye laws .
5) raise issue in AGM and request that gudidelines be framed by society for parking slots
6) please note that builder has no power to sell parking slots as they form part of common areas
