Part payment of settlement

Dear All,

Kindly request if you can help me in following,I have to make a part payment to my wife as decided in consent terms,court have asked me to deposit the Demand Draft favoring, "Principal Judge Family Court Bandra" please advice if I can go ahead.

Yes you can go ahead in all probability the Court would release the amount to the woman through registry.
