Partial execution of decree

(Querist) 25 June 2012 This query is : Resolved
Between X and Y, they have ancestral properties P1, P2 and P3.

X filed civil suit for partition regarding properties P1, P2 and P3. Court ordered to give 1/2 share of P1, P2 and P3 to X.
X then filed suit for execution of ordered decree (Darkhast). In this suit compromise was done between X and Y. X agreed 1/2 share in P1 and he left properties P2 and P3 completely for Y.

Now X holds : 1/2 share in P1.
Y holds : 1/2 share in P1, complete P2 and complete P3.

Now son of X is claiming for share in P2 and P3. Is this claim has any legal base?
