i think partial partition is possible it is not any mandatory who can prohibate partial partition pls as per tom advice post your case sir if possible...

When you say 'partial partition is not applicable' please tell the background facts in which such partial partition is not applicable.

Partition itself means partial segmentation of anything. Please clarify what partial part of some part of property you want to convey through your question?
