Respected dignitaries:
There is a decision from Karnataka High Court Puspalata N.V V/s V Padma and others. RFA/326/2004 decided on 19-3-2010 to the effect of partition. I have heard that an appeal is pending before the supreme court of india. can anybody send the details of the appeal on the basis of High court number ?

Yes sir. You can get it as your self.. Just visit supreme court of india's web site.. There you can search by parties name itself..
