please help me
we have a Ancestral Property (lal dora) in new delhi
it was partitioned by court in three parts each. One part to my father, one to my aunt(Bhua)and one to my uncle
now my aunt wants to give her share equally to me and my brother
what is the best possible way of property transfer from her name to me and my brother
1. Is relinquishment deed possible in this case
2. A power of attorney and a will by aunt on my father's name and subsequently by father to our name.
3. Blood relation gift deed stamp duty charges

Gift deed is the best possible option.

For stamp duty contact local registry office.

It is 0.5% in Kolkata.

In the case of ancestral property outside lal Dora, a best facility has been provided in Northern states called Relinquishment Deed which is to be typed only on the stamp paper of Rs. 500/- and it shall be duly registered before Sub/Joint Registrar of your area and thereafter mutation (Intkal) shall duly be entered in favour of you both brothers.
