Dear Sir,

Whether an immovable property jointly owned by two private trusts can be partitioned between themselves?

A line in reply with supporting provisons, if any, would be higly solicited.

Yes. Whosoever may be the co-sharer of the property, partition is their right and not barred for the trusts even under Transfer of Property Act.

Yes. Refer Sec 44 of the Transfer of the property act. If there are co sharers they can make a partition betweent themselves
