Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 12 February 2010
The exclusion of any other joint property is not fatal though to avoid multifariousness it is advisable to include all the properties in hotchpot.
Parveen Kr. Aggarwal (Expert) 13 February 2010
In a partition suit, it is necessary to include all the joint properties between the parties otherwise, the suit shall be bad for partial partition.
Y V Vishweshwar Rao (Expert) 13 February 2010
I agree with the learned friends

All parties of the Joint family to be included and all the persons intereted in the suti properties to be inclueded .

The Partition litigations /properties between the parties or any part of litigation not be left un resolved !

Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 13 February 2010
Yes. It is good to join all properties to avoid multiplication of litigation.
