Dear sir
my grandfather Late kenchappa,had 3 sons,1)Hanumappa, 2)Ramappa, 3)Nagappa,past from 40yrs nagappa is tilling and enjoying the crops of 6acers,with so many requests by hanumappa&ramappa to give back our part of our land 2acers each ,nagappa is not ready,now 9months back hunumappa&ramappa filed a partition suite,nagappa not kept any lawyers.my request is that can ramappa&hunmappa will get their 2acers&2 acers of land to get some crops in which they will get money for their health expenses,both of them r aged about 78yrs and nagappa is 75yrs,untill the court give final judgment,on basis of heath condation,and age,time being will they get nacers of land,THE WHOLE LAND IS INT HE NAME OF HANUMAPPA,KINDLY ADVISE WHAT BEST WE CAN DO.

You already had posted the same query and probably a few experts responded too.
otherwise partition suit will not invite any interim maintenance out of the property under dispute.
let preliminary decree be passed in the matter thereafter you may look for the accounts.

If the entire land is recorded in the name of Hanumappa then no other brother has any right over that land and he was required to file suit for possession instead of partition as he is the exclusive owner of the entire land.

thank u very very much sir,the above said case is in the court,shall hanumappa have all the right to till or to grow crops with the help of police by giving the complaint,plz advise sir.kindly do the needfull.
