Hay, There
Alright let me get to the point
Few years a go, A father died without giving his sons and daughters
His house, But after a few years
They planed on starting a house construction
And giving everyone a portion
So they all signed a no objection letter
And some other things to transfer the house in name of, One the brothers
Now now of the sister wants to apply for a separate electricity meter
But the electricity office are asking for a sale deed or something to prove she owns the portion
Now i am not a lawyer, But i am sure the thing we need is partition deed
If so can anyone write one for me as a
Example With Blanks, On names and address,
And whatever which needs to be filled

Better hire services of a good local advocate who can do it better than filling in the blanks which is the worst idea.

After the writing is done
I think we should register in court or something right

Registration of partition deed is mandatory however stamp duty and registrations charges vary from state to state hence it is wise to contact the registration depaartment.

Deed of partition should be registered and to draft the same it is needed facts and relevant documents,so you should contact with a local Civil Lawyer.
