Need some advise and expert suggestions to help solve my problem.
My Grandfather had 21 Acers of land before he expired in 1991. He lived with 2 sons, 3 daughters and 1 wife. Of the 2 sons my dad is elder. After his expiry his younger son worked out with sarpanch and other MRO officers and created 3 passbooks with 6.5 acers for him, my dad and my grand mother. Although we objected this and informed the sarpanch there was no action taken to resolve the same. Later in 1995 he and my grandmother sold 1 acere of land and the same time without her notice he got the other 5 acers of land registered to his second wife and sold the rest.
all the above sale transactions were done without our or anyone's notice.
Now my aunts are asking land and also there is no partition dded signed.
Request to please advice on how to solve and sort the issues ..

As per the Hindu Succession Amended act 2005, the daughter of a co parcerner is entitle to get equal share with other coparceners. If there was no partition in the family by registered deed, then they can ask for the legitimate share by filing a partition suit before a competent court.
