My grand father had 2 sons and 3 daughter.an huf had been started on my grandfathers name and my father was the karta of the huf.in couple of years my father died in 1976. and my uncle became the karta of the huf .my uncle made a huf partition deed in1980 .in which he divided the huf shares between two brothers which included properties and financial assets.and the 3 daughter were given nothing.in the deed there is the signature of mine uncle as karta then there is the signature of mine elder brother shown as family manager then there are signature of the 3 daughter saying that they don't need any shares in the huf. we came know about huf deed before a month ago.seeing the deed mine brother was told that it was an income tax paper that's why he sign the paper and the sign of the 2 daughter are false some body else had sign the deed.1 daughter had died so his son had signed the deed. There are no witnesses in the huf deed. The deed is not notarized or registered.so can I challenge the deed .
