Partition suit

(Querist) 23 October 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir, Should partition suit be filed as a whole for both movable (bank deposits) and immovable properties? Is it not possible to file partition suit for Bank deposits first, and immovable property later? I ask this because bank deposits of my deceased father is in black and white, while immovable property dispute will open up a boxful of thorns that requires 3 to 6 months' time to gather details and unforeseen issues in a distant place.
Nadeem Qureshi (Expert) 23 October 2013
partition suit can be file for immovable property because in bank amount you have to get heir certificate,
for best advise contact a lawyer personally
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 23 October 2013
contact a local lawyer and show him all the documents.
