Sir,
Can a partition suit be filed, to do it as per Valuation On a same Holding number of " 2 Kathha" structured Property.??? If yes , then By which Act. & under which Section ??

sir,
we hv a property at Cantt area. Its of 2 Kattha. It's front postion is at the market road which is 1/4th of the 2 Kathha & is of One of the four cosharer.
And middle position is about 2/4th part. Both the Parts is of Pakka Badi of two floors.
And rest of the parts is of tiles house (Tali Bari) which is completely separated but touched with the said Pakka Badi Where we live.
And its at the Back position of the Building and not at the front position or More or bazar road.
The Holdindg number is the same.
We are 4 cosharers.
As we ar at the back position and also of Tiles kachha House so we want to Make the Partition as per Valuation of the Position & Property.
therefore Can it be done legally . or is there any provision in Law in this case???
if any.. suggest me the provision....plz!!

Try to have amicable mutual settlement. Court case is time / cost consuming and may or may not provide results as per your hopes.

But,.I need to know the provision coz if its done by valuation then I vl get my existint part wholly otherwise I hv to leave some part if partition is done equally. So If anybody knows the provision plz reply....

but I want to retain my existingLand position. so vl it b helpful by obtaining Property & Land valuation through Land Registry office and then doing Mutual tettlemend ????? what do u say & Mr.R.K Nanda ..& others ...
