this is with reference to my query that joint and sever liability exists between interse partners . Since I given the query to the experts for which i would gain some knowledge from the experts but my intention is not to give the advice to the experts nor I advice the experts learn from me since I am not that expert as the experts in the subject. Sine people pose queries to get proper advice if they unable to get good advice from their respective advocates it is the duty of the experts to guide them in the proper way. Hope the experts would not take this is an insult to the experts Hope the experts will take in a positiver way rather in a negative way.

Experts may not be able to help your type of persons. Please approach a good advocate of your area and make payment of his fees for valid legal consultation.

I wonder, if your negative views can be taken in positive way with any reason by anyone. Except casting aspersions on or using directive language for the community members through your postings, I don't think you have done anything else. You have earlier also used derogatory language for community members at the following link while disussing on your query on the partnership:

Even in the present post while you have stated, "my intention is not to give the advice to the experts nor I advice the experts learn from me," BUT STILL you have advised the experts as if they are duty bound to guide others, irrespective what intemperate language they use for the experts and impose on them, as if they have the right to compulsorily extract reply from them.
Mind it, a learner and knowledge seeker is also expected to be sober and temperate in his language and should not try to impose himself on experts like their boss.
You are also an advocate and others also expect you t be an expert. I understand that nobody can be perfect in all the matters and learn from each other to remove his deficiency, but only with humility, not with egoistic attitude.
I wonder, if you have any control over your language while discussing even with your fellow professionals, what to say of others! I would rather request you to review your language when asking any query from others to enhance your knowledge through this forum. Everything cannot be claimed as a matter of right.

i thought the experts would take in sportive way lawyers club being a interactive platform to on my different personS have GIVEN DIFFERENT VIEWS THERE ARE PEOPLE WOULD WOULD BE LOOKING TO THE ANWSERS GIVEN BY THE EXPERTS SOME DOES NOT LIKE GIVE THEIR ADVICE SOME PEOPLE i PUT THE QUERRY THAT i WOULD GET BEST ANSWER FROM THE EXPERTS I NEVER SAID OR THOUGHT THAT EXPERTS ARE MY PAID SERVANT IF THE STUDENT ASKS HIS LECTURER A SIMILAR QUESTION IF THE ANWSER GIVEN BY THE LECTURER IS WRONG AND IF STUDENT WRITES A WRONG ANSWER WHAT WOULD BE FATE OF THE STUDENT AFTER ALL WE ARE ALL HUMAN BEINGS i NEVER DEGRADE THE COMMUNITY IT UPTO TO THE EXPERTS WHETHER TKE MY ADVICE OR NOT i NEVER COMPLEED ANY PERSON

Adverse comments by non-supportive persons are never taken in a supportive way. You could have got several good answers but experts seemed to have preferred to have abstained from making any reply in view of your own derrogatory remarks against experts community as a whole in your previous post.
