Partnership deed

I would like to register a partnership deed for my company and wanted to know what is the procedure for the same ? I am based in Gurgaon and also would I have to register in Delhi or Haryana ? What are the charges for the same ?

First you have to have the partnership deed executed in appropriate stamp paper.

You have to submit one copy of the same duly notorised (along with original - which will be returned to you) to the Registrar of Firms in your area. (You have to get it registered only in Gurgaon where your Firm is located and it cannot be registered in other areas).
If you are running the Firm in your own premises then you have to attach the copy of the document which will establish your ownership over the property.
In case you are running the Firm from any rented premises, then you have to obtain a no objection certificate from the owner of the premises for running the Firm in the said premises; the copy of the document which will establish the ownership of your landlord; his identify - voter id or telephone bill etc.

You also have to pay appropriate charges to the Registrar of Firm's office.

After verification, they will register your firm and then will grant you a Certificate of Registration.

First of all check your memorandum as whether it allows company to enter into partnership or not. Rest follow the advice above.
