Partnership firm registration

Dear sir,

My partnership firm name is PRIME BEVERAGES. Can i use prime word in my firm. Also my partnership firm is established in 1999. can i apply for G certificate of register of firm in gujarat?

The word "prime" may be used in Firm name. It may be registered before the Registrar of Firms (available in District Headquarters) concerned where the firm is established.
