Respected sir\madam
kindly provide me the details regarding registration of partnership firm
what are the forms required for registration , where can i register the firm in bangalore, is there any registration fee.
please help me

For registration of firm, you need a pertnership deed on proper stamp paper.
check up the Stamp Duty for firms.
there would a registration charges but that must be quite nominal.
you can file at the office below;
District Registrar, Registrar of Societies and Registrar of Firms, Athani Complex No. 1702 III Stage Dr. Rajkumar Road, Prakash Nagar, Rajajinagar, Bangalore -560010.

Even you can get the same from the leading law booksellers.

You will require Form I of the Partner ship Act, 1932, which requires signature of the all partners on it before a Notary or Advocate.
The Stamp paper on which the Partnership deed is to be drafted is Rs.1000/- irresptive of the capital proposed in the deed.
The Registration fees is Rs.260/- and there may incidental expenses in the Office.
The Office is located on the Church Street, abofve the State bank of India. You can contact one BABU there who is quite helpful.
