Partnership release

actually my mother and my mother's co sister are the partners of one property so now one of the partner means mother's coaster planning to come out of the partnership so we should do sale deed or gift deed??? Is gift deed is possible for this thing

Resignation letter and deed of relinquishment is required.

you mean to say they are joint owners of property . your mother or her sister can execute gift deed for her share in property . if she wants to sell her share in property sale deed would be necessary

Registered relinquishment deed need to be executed. If propose to sell to third person sale deed need to be executed.
