I have apply for passport for chang of Date Of Birth AND POB.for this purpse certificate of district registrar of birth'' needed. so i give my orriginal birth certificate of grampanchayat to Agent for verification and signature of district registrar of birth. and agent give me a fresh certificatc of DOB from district registrar of birth.but when passport office send for verification to district registrar of birth. and found FAKE certificate. passport office give me notice about this. i replay to this notice that " this certificate of district registrar of birth is given to me by AGENT. and i produce it to passport office innocently.but passort office not setishfy with my anser and send to distric police for F.I.R. under IPC ACT AND passport act.but after inqury by police found that all the fact like mame,dob,pob,all other fact is not change in the certificate and it is verify with gram panchayat original record. and found this certicate is made by the agent and no involvement of applicant and found no intention of applicant for fake certificate in this matter, and distric police give clean cheet to me and agent not found and panchnama for this . so no F.I.R against me by police.and send this report to passport office and mention that F.I.R aginst Aagent at nearest city police station. now passport office send this case to city police station. city police after inqury agent not found. and send report to passport office that" Agent not found so close the file".and in this proccger 25 months time.now what can i do? and what action by passport office.

1. Start fresh the whole process.
2. This time self do it and do quote while applying for fresh previous "innocence".
