Passport annexture k & g

Due to personal reasons I have to fill Annexture K & G to get my passport reissued and apply for fresh one for my son. As per requirement it has to be sworn before First Class Judicial Magistrate . Not a single magistrate in pune court is ready to do this. My lawyers tried a lot not just professionaly but also personaly. Please suggest solution for this.

Get such affidavit attested from either of Executive magistrates of your area as they also perform many judicial duties especially in revenue field,
