Hi,
I have a query regarding address proof,Please help will it work during fresh passport tatkal application??Rest my all documents are complete:-
I have these documents only for address proof
My permanent address is in village of Uttrakhand where only my grand mother lives( voter card and aadhar card)
For My current address I have
rashan card,
electricity bill(In fathers name),
mine private bank AXIS BANK statement (with current address),
fathers psu bank passbook(with current address)
My father is defence serving personn so we often change home current address(This time Dad is posted to chandigarh,Where we live in our own purchased flat.Rather than govt flat)
I have a pancard,driving license(with some other address),birth certificated rest all documents
Please help me

Yes, with this address proof you can apply for a passport.
But, you should be careful to indicate in the application, the present address in the column where present address is indicated.
You should definitely indicate the village address as your permanent address. (you cannot show your current address itself as your permanent address also)

You can mention your current address as your permanent address also.

Dear Author,In Pass Port Application there is a Procedure called Police Verification and Any case Pending against you .If you are living in that current house and it is your family's own house better make that application in Current Address and Go ahead with out Confusions.

You live in a own house of your family which is your Current and Permanent address and Obviously you are only a Visitor to your Native and details of which is Not required to avoid confusions.It is my suggestion and option is yours.

You may proceed as suggested by expert Mr. NJS if you want to avoid problem of issuance of passport at a later stage.
